Benefits of VL OMNI

VL OMNI allows you to respond to Amazon inquiries from Gorgias. Each Amazon inquiry will create a ticket in Gorgias, and display order information next to it.

Merchants using the VL OMNI Gorgias-Amazon Connector are able to respond directly from the Gorgias platform to your Amazon customers' inquiries, including:

  • Merchant Order Notifications (Sold, Ship Now)
  • Amazon Fulfillment Order Notifications
  • Multichannel Fullfillment Notifications
  • Inbound Shipment Notifications
  • Inbound Shipment Problem Notifications
  • Merchant Order Notifications (Sold, Ship Now)
  • Pending Returns
  • Claims Notifications
  • Refund Notifications

How to connect VL OMNI?

You'll need a Gorgias account to connect VL Omni to Gorgias.

  1. Create a VL OMNI account
  2. Once you have an account, go to connectors and select Gorgias
  3. Get your API credentials in Gorgias -> Settings -> REST API
  4. Copy them in VLomni

**Please note, this integration is available to all customers but will only be supported for Advanced and Enterprise plan customers. While any plan can set up the integration following the instructions,  due to the manual work it requires on our end, if you are on the Basic or Pro plan we will not be able to provide support in setting it up or fixing any issues with it should they arise.
