What do I get if I give feedback?
Members who provides feedback during the launch (and leave their email) will be given an exclusive foundation member badge (🛡). It's our way of thanking you for your time. Badges are visible on your profile for other members to see.

What is happening to the Facebook community?
We love our facebook community members and appreciate your help in growing the group. If we can identify your email address we will be sending a personal invitation your way. Who can join?
While the community is accessible to anyone, only members are able to view and join discussions. Membership is available for all users who belong to a current paying account.
What are the benefits of membership?
Members are about to access unlimited resources, view/join discussions, participate in competitions, register for early access to new features and communicate with other members.
Non-members have access to selected resources and will be not be able to view/join discussions or see current members.
Discussions within the community are accessible to members only.
How do I join?
All new users will receive an invitation to join the community. This can sometimes be sent to spam or promotions folders. If you are missing an invite submit a request to join.
I need help. Who do I contact?
For all support please reach out to our support team via chat or email at [email protected]. While our team are actively engaged with community members and content, it is not intended to be a support channel.
I requested to join. What happens now?
Membership requests are screened automatically. Our system will attempt to match the details you've provided with our records, to confirm the email address entered is associated with a paying account.
If approved, you will receive an email inviting you to join. This includes a link that is specific to you. Click the link to join.
If not approved, you will receive an email with further information. When this happens our team are notified and will try to verify your membership manually. This can take a few days depending on bandwidth, we appreciate your patience. If your membership has not been approved within 2 business days please reply to the email or get in touch with our support team.
Where do I find my subdomain?
Your subdomain is in your Gorgias URL. To find this, open your Gorgias account and look at the website address (URL). This should read something like: myaccount.gorgias.com. In this example the subdomain is 'myaccount'.
