The integration imports data to Gorgias, as well as exports your existing Gorgias data. In addition, you may choose from 60+ supported help desk platforms. The works with the use of API methods that are available from both sides of the platform, and the use of methods and scopes that provide possibilities to retrieve and create tickets (conversations) and associated data at Gorgias.

There are many platforms to migrate to and from, and below will show an example of a migration from one Gorgias account to another.

Start data migration


  1. +Sign up with your email address:
  2. Choose the migration path:

  3. Select the platform to migrate from:

  4. Simply click on the desired app from the menu:

  5. Add the credentials for the app you're migrating from, in this case, your Gorgias REST API:

  6. Once connected, add the credentials for the platform you're migrating TO:

  7. Select the objects you want to transfer:

  8. Map the chosen objects:

  9. Choose a plan and proceed to the payment page, and initiate the migration:

  10. Migration in progress:

  11. Migration complete:

  12. Once you close the completed migration it will be archived and no longer accessible:
