Office hours

Advanced and Enterprise clients can book a call directly with their Customer Success Managers.

To ensure that our Basic and Pro clients feel confident using the product and can get the most value from it, we offer an opportunity to book slots for office hours calls - these calls are one-on-one consultation calls with members of Support and are held weekly from Monday to Friday.

If you subscribed less than a month ago, before booking an office hours call:
1. Basic plan customers, please attend the onboarding webinar.
2. Pro plan customers, please book a call with your Customer Onboarding Manager first.

Types of Consultation calls

We offer 4 types of Consultation calls with our Office Hours team - please make sure to pick the one that suits the topic you'd like to go over to make sure the team is ready.

Consult Calls

These are 30-minute calls for when you'd like to review a particular aspect of Gorgias and learn about best practices, how to streamline processes or start using a new feature.

Billing Calls

These are calls for when you have questions about our pricing model, the plan you're currently on, or other questions regarding your subscription.

Automate Consultation Calls

These 30-minute calls are for when you need help optimizing your use of our Automate feature.

Convert Consultation Calls

These 30-minute calls are for when you need help optimizing your use of our Convert feature.

Where to book

You can book a Consultation call by:

1. Navigate to your Home page and click the Book a Call button under the Need help? flashcard to the right, or click on your name in the bottom left and choose Book office hours.

2. You'll be taken to a page where you can choose the type of call you'd like.

4. When you select the type of call, you'll be able to choose an available slot in the calendar on the right.
