Actions are the event that is performed if a rule is executed. There is a long list of possible actions including:

  • Send email
  • Reply to customer
  • Add internal note
  • Apply macro
  • Add tags
  • Remove tags (new)
  • Reset tags
  • Set subject
  • Set status
  • Snooze for
  • Assign agent
  • Assign team
  • Delete ticket
  • Hide Facebook comment
  • Like Facebook comment
  • Exclude ticket from CSAT (new)

An action which we have recently added is the ability to remove tags using rules as per the instructions below:

This way you can remove tags without having to reset them!
