Actions are the event that is performed if a rule is executed. There is a long list of possible actions including:
- Send email
- Reply to customer
- Add internal note
- Apply macro
- Add tags
- Remove tags (new)
- Reset tags
- Set subject
- Set status
- Snooze for
- Assign agent
- Assign team
- Delete ticket
- Hide Facebook comment
- Like Facebook comment
- Exclude ticket from CSAT (new)
An action which we have recently added is the ability to remove tags using rules as per the instructions below:

This way you can remove tags without having to reset them!
