Un-assign on Reply

The "Un-assign on reply" feature under Chat Assignment is used to automatically unassign chat or messenger tickets assigned to your agents that are not online.

When "Un-assign on reply" option is enabled, it will automatically unassign all chat or messenger tickets that have received a reply if the agent that ticket was assigned to is not set as available for chat.

This should help everyone reduce the response time for some chat tickets.

The "Un-assign on reply" option is found in your Gorgias dashboard > Settings > Chat assignment. This option will be enabled by default and it will be active for both Messenger tickets and Chat tickets.
