With Reviews.io, you can trigger and respond to reviews within Gorgias.

Please note that once responding to a review directly from Gorgias, only an email is sent to the customer, the review response won't be visible under your Reviews.io account nor published.

How it works

Enabling the integration allows Reviews.io to automatically create tickets for reviews that are less than or equal to 3 stars. Reviews.io will also provide additional information including order ID, product SKU and how many followers they have on Instagram. Once the support ticket is closed an automatic email is sent offering the option to revise the review.

An automatic email offering the option to revise the review can also be disabled under your Reviews.io account by opening the Integrations tab > Gorgias👇

Setup instructions

  1. Log into the Reviews.io dashboard and connect Gorgias here.
  2. Navigate to Company Settings.
  3. Click on 'Automated Review Collection / Integrations'.
  4. Scroll down to API or click here.
  5. Copy your Store ID and API Key .
  1. Log into Gorgias, click Integrations -> HTTP Integrations -> Add HTTP Integration.
  2. Copy the settings shown below and add Reviews.io Store ID and API KEY you have noted including the below URL.
https://api.reviews.io/gorgias/reviews?email={{ticket.customer.email}}&status={{ticket.status}}&review={{ticket.external_id}}

  1. Now you are ready to add the Reviews.io widget to your tickets. Please find a ticket example where the customer has Reviews.io data and click the cog icon at the top-right corner of the ticket. Find the widget on the list and then simply drag and drop it onto the right-hand sidebar. Save the changes, and when you go back to the ticket the widget should look something like this:
