How it works Enabling the integration allows to automatically creates tickets for Reviews that are less than or equal to 3 stars. will also provide additional information including order ID, product SKU and how many followers they have on Instagram. Once the support ticket is closed an automatic email is sent offering the option to revise the review.

Integrating GORGIAS and

Log into dashboard

Navigate to Company SettingsClick on Automated Review Collection / Integrations.Scroll down to API or click hereCopy your Store ID and API Key 

Log into Gorgias,click Integrations > HTTP Integrations > Add HTTP Integration

Copy the settings shown below and Add Store ID and API KEY you have noted including the below URL.{{}}&status={{ticket.status}}&review={{ticket.external_id}}

That's it, Now your last 20 reviews will automatically come over to Gorgias.
