How it works

Rep will help increase your conversion rate and customer satisfaction with an AI sales assistant on your online shop.

Rep's AI shopping assistant automatically detects customers when they are about to drop off from your funnel, moments before they abandon your online shop. We enable merchants to give a personalized experience to each customer, by adapting to the customer's behavior on the website, product search history, and by applying deep segmentation.

Setup instructions

This integration requires you to have a Rep account.

Once you have your Rep account, feel free to follow the steps below to integrate with Gorgias:

  1. On your Rep account, go to Settings → Integrations → Add Integration → Gorgias:
  2. To connect your Gorgias account to Rep, simply copy the credentials from Gorgias, from Settings → Rest API, and add them to the Rep Integration section, as shown above:
  3. And that's all - your Rep account is now integrated with Gorgias!
