411Gen is a unique influencer marketing app for merchants that allows businesses to partner with influencers and use them as sales channels, increasing sales and revenue. With 411Gen, you can manage your influencers' micro-storefronts, track their performance, and gain access to valuable first-party data.

With the Gorgias and 411Gen Integration, your Gorgias Chat will be automatically added to the creator's mini-stores so that end-customers can quickly reach out to your Support Team and all interactions via Chat on mini-stores will create tickets in your Gorgias account.

Steps

1. From your Gorgias account head to Settings → App Store → All Apps.

2. Find 411Gen Influencer Commerce on the list.

3. After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button.

4. Authorize the app.
