Address Guard allows you to view the shipping address validation status per ticket.

Customers will often mistype shipping addresses, which leads to failed deliveries and upset customers. Inaccurate shipping addresses may result in returned shipments and expensive redelivery fees. 

Address Guard will verify, standardize, cleanse, and format address data for 240+ countries. With accurate customer data, you can better plan deliveries and boost your customer satisfaction by meeting delivery expectations.

• Easily notify customers of problematic address issues and delays with their order by viewing the reason why an address was flagged.

• Give your CS team an effective means of communicating issues with your customers and be notified as soon as those address updates are completed.

Steps

1. Go to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.

2. Find Address Guard on the list and click it.

3. Click the Connect App button and log into the Address Guard platform.

4. Authorize the app.

An HTTP integration will be created under Settings -> App Store -> HTTP Integration -> Manage.

The integration will pull the latest Order ID into the widget, along with the shipping address, and validation status for that Order ID in Address Guard. 

To make sure that the data is showing, you can update an existing ticket or create a new one with an internal note to prompt the widget.
