Once you've connected Alloy, you'll be able to sync data from Shopify, BigCommerce, Klaviyo, ShipBob, and other apps to view customer data in one location. Automate business processes between Gorgias and multiple third-party apps, like Ticket creation, updates, and Customer info management.

  • Send update messages to customers via email or SMS.
  • Provide shipping and delivery updates via email or SMS based on delivery data from shipping platforms (like ShipBob, Shippo, etc.)
  • Tag customers who have created Tickets as subscribers, and sending campaigns based on specific triggers.


Steps

1. Make sure to log into Gorgias and Alloy Automation as an Admin.

2. In Alloy, please navigate to Credentials via the left-hand sidebar menu and then select ‘New Credential’.

3. Find Gorgias on the list and select it once it pop-up:

4. Once prompted, please enter your Gorgias subdomain (the name of your Gorgias account as seen in the URL bar when you’re in the helpdesk):

5. A new window will pop up asking you to authorize the connection. Please make sure to do so once prompted.

6. Your Gorgias account is now integrated with Alloy on the path Settings → Apps → Installed Apps in Gorgias, and under Credentials in Alloy.


From now on, you can use Alloy to connect Gorgias with various different apps in their catalog via Workflows, and automate your daily processes.


Limitations

  • This app is currently available for Shopify and BigCommerce users only.
  • You can build multiple different workflows for the same Gorgias account.
