AmphoraUpdated a month ago

This integration was built by our partners and the wait time in case of any technical issues might be a bit longer than for a regular support request.

With the Amphora <> Gorgias integration you will be able to access all of your tickets and messages in a centralized platform.

We take care of all the after-sales process. From the factory inbound to the last detail on the delivery and returns. Our platform is a center point to control multiple selling platforms, multiple warehouses, and multiple shipping providers, helping operations and customer service in the daily tasks. We are not only connecting your eCommerce to the world but to your customers, using emails and a customizable website for returns and changes.

  • Shift your focus towards externalizing your logistics processes while strategically centralizing your core operations to streamline efficiency.
  • Enhance your management oversight and implement strategies to offer an improved customer experience, thereby elevating satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maximize efficiency in your cost management strategies and position your business to scale seamlessly, without encountering boundaries or restrictions.

Steps

  • Locate Amphora within the Gorgias app store
  • Click Connect app and login into your Amphora Logistic account
  • From there, navigate to Settings>Integrations and synchronization, locate Gorgias, add your subdomain and authorize your account:
  • After the setup is complete, there will be no HTTP integration in Gorgias!

Once added and your orders are synced, you will be able to access your orders directly from the Amphora Logistics dashboard. Gorgias messages are visible in Amphora but only for orders synched to Amphora via the Shopify integration. For an order to be pulled into Amphora, it needs to be unfulfilled and paid (unfulfilled and partially paid orders won’t be synced):

For a Gorgias ticket to be pulled in Amphora, it needs to be related to an order, and the customer email needs to match in Shopify:

Shopify is not required for the Amphora<>Gorgias integration. However, if a Shopify store is synched with Amphora, you will be able to easily see the information about the order and modify it (in Amphora):

You will also be able to see the products from the connected Shopify store:

Note that if the Gorgias agent doesn’t have the same email address in Amphora as well, this default email will show instead -> [email protected].
