Argoid uses artificial intelligence to identify the preferences of each customer and outperforms rudimentary and rules-based product recommendations by 10X.
When a customer reaches out via Chat asking for the latest arrivals, for example, you can use the Argoid Macro to send them product links that'll take them to the product on the website.
The app also works with other channels, such as Email and Facebook.
Limitations
Argoid is only compatible with stores with a business address set in one of these countries: Australia, India, United States, United Arab Emirates, New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore, Qatar, Kuwait, Malaysia, United Kingdom, Philippines, Canada, or Pakistan.
You won’t be able to add the app from the Shopify App Store in any other country:

1. Download the app from the Shopify App Store and install it:
2. You'll be taken to the Argoid platform where you can configure the settings following an easy 3-step onboarding. Here is where you can select the desired categories:
3. The Recommendations tab contains the previously selected categories and where you can add more if needed:
4. Once configured, you can enable the app and it'll appear in Gorgias as an HTTP Integration (for the selected use case, in this case, Latest Arrivals):
A corresponding Macro will be auto-created as well:
