Steps

  • From your Gorgias account, head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
  • Find Asyntai AI Agent on the list
  • After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
  • Authorize the app. If correctly done, you should see this window:
  • Once successfully installed, an HTTP integration will be created:

As soon as a customer reaches out via chat, the Asyntai AI will respond instantly in the language the message was sent in, even if the language was changed during the conversation. The ticket in question will also be auto-tagged with the Asyntai AI tag:

There is currently no human agent handoff with this version of the integration.
