Audmate is an online customer loyalty and user engagement platform for almost any size of businesses in the various industries B2C, B2B, Manufactures, etc. including individuals such as YouTubers, Bloggers, etc. who want to boost websites or channels using social media campaigns, contests, and competitions.

When you integrate Gorgias into the Audmate platform you'll have the following benefits:

Show customer loyalty points balance, used points, waiting points, referral URL, and VIP tier next to tickets in Gorgias, giving your agents a full overview of customers’ points conversion status.
Insert referral URL as a variable in Macros.

Steps

1. Go to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.

2. Find Audmate on the list and click it.

3. Click on the Connect App button.

4. Log in to your Audmate account.

5. Go to Stores -> Integrations -> Gorgias.

6. Enter your Gorgias subdomain and click Connect.

7. Authorize the app.

You'll notice a new integration created in Gorgias under Settings -> App Store -> HTTP Integration.

Each time a customer that has Audmate data available reaches out to you, the widget will populate automatically inside the customer's sidebar.
