BloomreachUpdated a month ago

This integration was built by our partners and the wait time in case of any technical issues might be a bit longer than for a regular support request.

Bloomreach is an all-in-one platform for data, marketing, AI, and analytics. Fast-growing e-commerce brands use Bloomreach's all-in-one marketing platform to grow their email and SMS lists, automate revenue-driving emails and messages, launch website popups to capture sign-ups, and increase conversion rates.

You can choose from a library of email and SMS templates to automate personalized experiences that drive sales like abandon cart and welcome flows, engaging product recommendations, and real-time alerts.

With this integration, you can automatically export information about open and closed support tickets in real time and use it to create targeted campaigns in Bloomreach.

The integration also includes the ability to send customer attributes, or aggregates calculated by Bloomreach directly to Gorgias, enabling customer support agents to have more information about the customer at their fingertips. This saves time and minimizes back-and-forth between systems, allowing support agents to work more efficiently and provide better support to customers.

  • Customers who had positive support experiences can be targeted with promotions for sales or new products to encourage repeat purchases and drive revenue.
  • Customers with open support tickets can be excluded from promotional campaigns to avoid overwhelming them with marketing messages.

When a customer reaches out, a ticket will be created and the widget with options you add through widget mapping in Bloomreach will appear in the sidebar.

Once a ticket is created in Gorgias, you can access it in Bloomreach as well:

Steps

1. Log into your Bloomreach account and head to Data & Assets -> Integrations -> Add new integration.

2. Add your Gorgias subdomain and authorize the app.

3. Save the integration.

Once done, the integration will be listed on the HTTP Integration page.
