Boost sales via loyalty program, loyalty points, referrals, and VIP. When integrated with Gorgias, BLOY brings customer loyalty data directly into the support workflow.

Support agents can instantly access and use customer loyalty data directly in tickets and profiles, enabling faster and more personalized support.

Integration benefits

The integration automatically syncs each customer’s loyalty information, such as points balance, VIP tier, and referral link, into their Gorgias profile.
This data appears in both customer profiles and support tickets, giving agents instant visibility without switching between platforms.
Beyond visibility, BLOY makes loyalty data actionable in Gorgias. All loyalty details are generated as variables, so users can insert them directly into tickets or build macros for consistent, automated responses.

Steps

From your Gorgias account, head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
Find BLOY Rewards Program & Loyalty on the list
After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
You will be redirected to Shopify, where you will install the app in your Shopify account
Then go to the Integrations tab and connect Gorgias:
Authorize the app
Once installed, there will be no HTTP Integration!

When a ticket is created for a customer with Bloy data, the widget will populate in the sidebar with their details:

In addition to the widget, app-related macros will also be automatically created with the app installation and can be found under Settings -> Macros:

Simply select the desired macro and apply it within the ticket:

To disconnect the integration, you will need to do so in Gorgias, as well as Shopify. In Shopify, click on the ‘Disconnect’ button under the Gorgias integration:
