Steps
- From your Gorgias account, head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
- Find Bulk Discount Code Bot on the list
- After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
- Log in to Shopify and add your Gorgias subdomain
- Authorize the app
- Once installed, there will be no HTTP integration created!
The workflow here would be:
- You create a discount code in Shopify.
- Your customer reaches out asking for the discount code.
- The agent in Gorgias would then look up the code via the widget link, find the available code, and apply it in the widget:
- Once the code is applied, an internal note will be created in the Gorgias ticket containing the discount code details:
