How it works
The integration enables your Chatdesk Experts to respond to tickets that you receive in Gorgias. Our technology ensures that the messages from your Chatdesk Team are always accurate and perfectly match your brand voice from day one. When support agents respond to the ticket via Chatdesk Teams, the responses will be sent out to the customer. Your Chatdesk Experts will also help you prioritize your tickets by adding high priority and low priority tags to the tickets.
- From your Gorgias account head to Settings > App Store > Apps & Integrations
- Find Chatdesk Teams on the list
- After selecting the app click on Connect App
- Login to your Chatdesk account
- Once logged in, click on Chatdesk Team in the top right corner, then click on Channels > Add Channels > scroll down to Gorgias > Connect
- Enter your Gorgias subdomain and click Submit
- Authorize the app
