Chatdesk Teams helps companies scale up their customer support team on-demand. It can help manage your repetitive tickets and free up your time. You can use your Chatdesk Team to increase response times by up to 70% and drive conversion by 15%+
When support agents respond to a ticket via Chatdesk Teams, the responses will be sent out to the customer and Chatdesk Experts will help you prioritize your tickets by adding high-priority and low-priority tags to the tickets.
Steps
1. Go to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.
2. In the top right corner search for Chatdesk and click on it.
3. Click Connect App - it'll open the login page for Chatdesk in a new tab.
4. Once logged in, click on Chatdesk Team in the top right corner, then click on Channels -> Add Channels -> scroll down to Gorgias -> Connect.
5. Enter your Gorgias subdomain and click Submit.
6. Authorize the app.
