Daton is a cloud-based ELT platform with connectors for various e-commerce, Advertising, Marketing, CRM, and OMS platforms, through which data can be replicated to various cloud-based data warehouses, like Google Big Query, Amazon Redshift, etc.

Daton can collect data from your Gorgias account, such as customers, jobs, users, tickets, etc, and move it to a single database. It also automatically checks for new data and continuously adds it - once all the data is in a single place, it can be used to obtain valuable insights.

Steps

You need to have a Daton account as the setup is done within that account.

1. Add Gorgias from the Connectors tab.

2. Add your Gorgias REST API details (Settings -> You -> REST API).

3. Add the fields you'd like to sync from Gorgias to Daton.

4. Configure those fields.

5. Choose the destination where the Gorgias data will filter in.

6. You can perform syncs from the Sources tab.

7. The Destinations tab shows the location of your Gorgias data in Daton.

8. You can now sync your Gorgias data into Daton, and note that you can add more than one Gorgias account.
