Dedicated Agents is a human Gorgias trained e-com customer service agent, supported by artificial intelligence (Chat-GPT). You can choose between a fully AI powered customer service experience, a 100% HI (human intelligence) customer service team, or a hybrid customer service setup utilizing the best of both worlds.
Integration benefits

- Give Dedication Agents access to the Gorgias account in seconds, allowing the agents to get started servicing your account.
Steps
- From your Gorgias account head to Settings > App Store > All Apps
- Find Dedication Agents on the list
- After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
- Connect and Authorize the app
- Once installed, an HTTP integration will be created as well:
Once the store is added, you can upload your dedicated FAQ to the app itself:
Upon connecting the app, a user is automatically created in Gorgias (Dedication Agents - [email protected]):
In the Dedication Agents app, each time this specific agent replies to a ticket it is counted on their dashboard:
The integration's AI will generate an automated reply to the customer sourced directly from your uploaded FAQs:
Limitations
Only one Dedication Agents account can be connected to one Gorgias account. If you have more than one Gorgias account, you will also need more than one Dedication Agents account.
