Deriskly generates contextual replies using AI and provides a smarter way of managing, resolving, and learning from your customers’ problems. The AI solution provides real-time insights so that merchants spot emerging issues early on, and identify the need for product or service improvements.

It analyses customer interactions from different digital channels in real time, automatically tracking, monitoring, and categorizing potential problems, complaints, and feedback.



Steps

The integration is connected via the Deriskly website, by logging in using one of the options (after prior authorization of the integration).

You can simply log in with your Gorgias subdomain.

Once you connect, the Deriskly widget and macro will be auto-created and ready for use. No configurations are needed on the Deriskly platform, and the widget generates the AI replies based on artificial machine learning gathered from the ticket message body.

When the Macro with the AI reply is used, it'll delete the internal note when you send the message.

Even though configurations aren’t needed, you can add a phone number for example, which will then be included in the reply.
