The Endear platform is an omnichannel CRM, specializing in personalized messaging to drive sales. The integration with Gorgias is designed to allow our brands to filter, segment, and target their customers based on their customer service history.

Once the setup and sync are complete, Endear will be able to show your Gorgias tickets:
When the setup is done, Endear data will show in the side widget:
Steps
1. Go to Settings -> Integrations in Endear.
2. Click Add Integration.
3. Select your support platform integration - for this example, we're selecting Gorgias.
4. Add your account information (Gorgias REST API details) and click Connect.
