Fera helps you easily show and grow reviews that look great and are trusted by more shoppers.
With Fera, you can:
- Add, import, manage, and moderate your customer reviews, photos, and videos.
- Show customer review lists, ratings, photos/videos, and more on your storefront.
- Use one-time and automatic review requests to get more customer reviews, photos, and videos.
Reviews with ratings below your rating threshold automatically create tickets in Gorgias and the rating data is pulled to the customer sidebar.
The ticket will include:
- Order information - Product ID, URL, Name, Number, Price, etc
- Review rating and body - Customer total reviews number and an average rating, the request review update link
You can then reply to the customer and use the link provided in the ticket to ask for an update once you fix the issue they had with their order.
Steps
Connect the integration
1. Go to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.
2. Find the Fera app and click on it.
3. Click on the Connect App button.
Configure the integration
1. In Fera, go to Configuration -> Apps & Integrations.
2. Find Gorgias on the list and click it.
3. Choose a Rating Threshold - tickets will be created in Gorgias that are equal to or below the threshold.
Test the integration
Launch a Review Widget
1. Create a Product or All Reviews widget to show on your product or home page.
2. Make sure that the Write Review link setting is enabled.
3. Launch
Submit a review
1. As a customer, go to your site and scroll to the widget launched above.
2. Click the Write Review link from the widget and submit a 1-star review.
Gorgias Ticket
A ticket with a subject starting with [Fera] will be automatically created in your Gorgias Helpdesk, you'll see the ticket and can reply from there.
