Formspree allows you to create and manage form endpoints and build fully custom forms without managing a server. Formspree provides an inbox of form submissions, spam filtering, and integrations to connect your form with various services, such as Gorgias, email notifications and responses, Google Sheets, and more.

When you connect Formspree to a Gorgias account, each form submission will add a new ticket auto-tagged with formspree to your support helpdesk, along with the contact name, email, and other data that you may consider important.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → App Store → All Apps.

2. Find Formspree on the list and click it.

3. Click on the Connect App button.

4. Log into the app and, under Workflow, click on Add New.

5. Select Gorgias and enter your subdomain.

6. Authorize the app.

7. After authorizing, add your email.
