This integration was built by our partners and the wait time in case of any technical issues might be a bit longer than for a regular support request.

Hark is a tool that allows a business (brand, retailer, software vendor, etc.) to set up a customized intake form so their customers can submit a support inquiry. These inquiries can be in the form of video, audio, text, photos, etc. 

The submission will create a ticket in Gorgias, including a link to the video or audio file, full-text transcription, sentiment analysis, and contact information.

  • You install the app
  • A Hark form is automatically created for you
  • The Hark team emails you a link or widget code to the form
  • You place that link or widget code onto your website or contact page
  • Customers submit a video, audio, or text support inquiry
  • The inquiry creates a ticket in Gorgias
  • The integration displays information about the customer inquiry in the sidebar widget.

This is what the form will look like on the shopper's end:


1. From your Gorgias account head to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.

2. Find Hark on the list.

3. After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button.

4. Authorize the app.

5. Once the installation is done, the app will be listed under Settings -> App Store -> HTTP Integration:
