Influence.io enhances your customer support experience and seamlessly combines the power of loyalty management with efficient customer support.


1. Go to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.

2. Find Influence.io on the list and click it.

3. Click on the Connect App button.

4. Click Install.

5. Authorize the app.

After the integration setup is completed, you'll see the data in the right-hand sidebar of the ticket for relevant customers.

The customer needs to exist in both Gorgias and the Influence.io platform.

You can manually adjust the points in Influence.io, which will then be reflected in the Gorgias widget. However, customer information is not backfilled - it'll only be pushed through to Gorgias once the customer has point activity after the integration is set up.

You can use the Reauthorize button if you notice any issues, such as the customers' points or tiers not updating in Gorgias.

For the time being, it's not possible to connect multiple Gorgias accounts to one Influence.io account. However, it is possible to connect multiple Influence.io accounts to one Gorgias account. The way to differentiate them is by the influenceio_shop_key field:

This field is the shop key of an Influence.io account. For Shopify, it's the myshopify.com URL. And for BigCommerce, it's the store hash.
