Steps
- From your Gorgias account, head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
- Find Influencer Hero on the list
- After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
- Log in to the Influencer Hero app, then go to Settings → Integrations → Gorgias:

- Once installed, there will be an HTTP integration created:

In Gorgias, a widget will show you whether the support ticket is from an influencer based on the customer’s email address. If the email belongs to an influencer known to Influencer Hero, the widget surfaces that information in the ticket:
