With the Joy Rewards app, you can drive Growth with Loyalty, VIP Tiers, Points, and Rewards. Create a loyalty program that goes beyond points & rewards. It’s a connection built to last.
Display customer info collected via Joy in Gorgias: VIP tier, point balance, status, and referral link.
Steps
- From your Gorgias account head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
- Find Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program on the list
- After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
- Authorize the app
- Log into Shopify, go to Integrations > Gorgias, and connect your Gorgias account:
- Once installed, there will be no HTTP integration created!
Once a ticket is created or updated, if the customer exists in the Joy app and has data associated with them, the data will be displayed in the widget:
You can adjust the points in the Joy app and they will reflect in the Gorgias widget:
