The Manifest AI chatbot helps shoppers find what they need and convert faster with a human-like touch. Tailored to Shopify brands, they recommend products, answer customer queries, and increase sales, all while keeping human intervention to a minimum.

  • Automate common support queries - Improve your agent efficiency by automating the common agent queries. These queries can be related to common order tracking, cancellations, etc.
  • Seamless handover to Gorgias - After AI when customers want to talk to an agent, they collect the customers’ emails, and a ticket gets created in Gorgias.
  • Train on Gorgias tickets - Soon you'll also be able to train Manifest on the tickets resolved by agents in Gorgias so that it can learn from them.


1. Connect Manifest to your Shopify store.

2. In Manifest, go to Integrations -> Gorgias -> Add integration -> Add Gorgias helpdesk URL (not subdomain).

3. Authorize the app.

4. To finish the setup in Manifest, go to Customize -> Agent handover, click on Edit and select Gorgias, then click on Save and Apply.

5. Then click Save & Publish in the upper right corner.

6. To finalize the steps, you’ll need to embed the Chat in Shopify.

Once the setup is complete, you should see the Manifest Assistant chat window, but there won't be an HTTP integration created in Gorgias.

When a customer reaches out they can either self-assist by following the pre-generated answers or speak to an agent (by clicking on Talk to a person or manually requesting to speak to someone):
