Steps
1. From your Gorgias account head to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.
2. Find Mercuri on the list.
4. After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button.
5. Authorize the app.
6. Two HTTP Integrations will be created:
Once the integration with Gorgias is complete, connect Mercuri with your Shopify store - as soon as the app is installed, Mercuri will fetch all the existing tickets to train the bot and answer tickets automatically when a customer reaches out:

Even though Mercuri is a chatbot, it also works with email.
