Alloy subscription is not required to use Gorgias <> NetSuite integration!


NetSuite is the #1 cloud ERP, encompassing financials, CRM, and e-commerce. It helps you work more efficiently, take control of inventory and fulfillment, and bring all tools together in a unified business management suite.

  • Sync customer information from NetSuite into Gorgias.
  • Sync order information from NetSuite into Gorgias. 
  • Sync RMA information from NetSuite into Gorgias. 
  • Add over 40 NetSuite fields to the Gorgias Customer Sidebar widget.
  • View the last 10 orders that have been created or modified.
  • New orders are pulled approximately every 15 minutes, possibly sooner.
Syncing multiple Netsuite accounts to one Gorgias account isn't possible.


Setup steps

1. From your Gorgias account head to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.

2. Find Netsuite (Alloy) on the list and click it.

3. Click on the Connect App button.

4. Click on Gorgias -> Add a New Account -> enter your Gorgias subdomain and click Connect.

5. When connected, click on Netsuite.

6. Add your Netsuite credentials and click Validate.

How it works

Now, when a sales order in Netsuite is created or updated, you'll see the data inside the ticket widget in Gorgias.

Limitations 

  • We don't pull any historical data at the moment. There are only real-time triggers and the data is pulled when a Netsuite Order is Created or a Netsuite Order is updated.
  • The integration doesn't currently support Netsuite sandbox accounts.


FAQ

What data gets synched to Gorgias from NetSuite?

  • When a new order is created in NetSuite, it will be added to the corresponding customer in Gorgias and displayed in the NetSuite widget on the right-side panel (also called the info bar). If no matching customer email exists in Gorgias, a new customer profile will be created, and the order will be associated with that profile.
  • When an order is updated in NetSuite, the changes will also be reflected in Gorgias. Similarly, if no matching email is found, a new customer profile will be created, and the updated order will be linked to that profile and appear in the NetSuite widget.

What data gets synched to NetSuite? 

  • Currently, no data is synced from Gorgias to NetSuite.

How are customers mapped from NetSuite to Gorgias? Can we use order numbers or IDs?

  • Customers are mapped using their email addresses. We currently do not support mapping by order numbers or IDs.
