How it works
As soon as the customer types out a message it will open a ticket in Gorgias. Then your Support Team sees it and can respond to the customer right away. This helps you use Gorgias to handle all the conversations generated by your Messenger bot campaigns.
However, with ShopMessage, a new closed ticket will be opened if a customer clicks one of the quick reply menus. It will reopen only if the customer replies manually and will open up as a regular ticket as well if the customer ignored the quick replies and typed out their first message manually.
And connecting them with your Gorgias account couldn't be easier!
Please connect Facebook Messenger to your Gorgias account by following this guide first. Then the integrations with Octane AI, ManyChat, ReCart or ShopMessage will work right out of the box!
