Omneo is an omnichannel Clienteling, Loyalty, and CX platform that allows retailers to create and use customer data in stores and online that primarily helps customers shop more and more often.
The Omneo<>Gorgias integration enables Omneo clients to quickly access and edit customer profiles and loyalty data directly within the Gorgias agent interface ensuring any changes are instantly synchronized back to the brand's entire CX ecosystem.
It also allows for tickets to be made available to store teams natively within the Omneo clienteling interface. Stores can use this feature to create rich proactive outreach communications that customers can reply to and also comply with the customers’ communication preferences and consent for brand-initiated communications.
Specific tags and attributes for customer profiles can be pushed to Gorgias to ensure that any inbound tickets can be properly routed to the right team members, even if it's their very first interaction with the help desk.
Integration benefits:

- Omneo data is available for use within Gorgias macros using Gorgias back-office variables.
- Sophisticated loyalty and incentive mechanics can be tracked and edited for individual customers (and staff) directly while solving issues.
Steps
From your Gorgias account head to Settings → App Store → All Apps.
Find Omneo on the list.
After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button.
Log into Omneo (if you’re not already), and authorize the app
Once done, an HTTP integration will be created:
Once a ticket is created/updated, the Omneo widget will appear in the sidebar along with any customer data:
You can use our Back-office variables to pull certain Omneo data into the ticket.
