Onepilot makes Customer Care Outsourcing simple and flexible. The integration makes your agents even more efficient by fetching your Gorgias tickets so they can be solved directly from the Onepilot platform.
By securely collecting your tickets, the Onepilot integration makes sure your agents have access to the right knowledge for the right ticket by allowing you to access Gorgias's granular analytics directly from your Onepilot dashboard.
Steps
1. From your Gorgias app head to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.
2. Find Onepilot on the list and click it.
3. After selecting the app click on the Connect App button.
4. Authorize the app.
