Steps

  • Make sure that both Gorgias and Rebuy are connected to your Shopify store
  • From your Gorgias account head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
  • Find Rebuy Personalization Engine on the list
  • After selecting the app, click on the Connect Unapproved App button
  • Authorize the app
  • Once the setup is complete, an HTTP integration will be created in Gorgias
  • When a new ticket is created, or an existing one updated, a widget will appear with the customer’s product details and what they’ve purchased before. You can then access their data via the Gorgias widget:
