Recart is a Shopify SMS platform that helps you spend less, sell more, and drive growth - its AI features also help delight customers and boost your revenue.

Improve the efficiency of your Customer Service by channeling all your customer replies into one platform. Enabling the integration allows Recart to create SMS tickets inside Gorgias and lets support agents read and respond within Gorgias.



Steps

You need to have both Recart and Gorgias installed in your store.


1. In Gorgias, navigate to Settings -> You -> REST API.

2. Copy the data from all three fields on this page, and paste them into the corresponding field in your Recart account.

3. log in to your Recart account, go to the Integrations page, and click on the Activate button next to Gorgias for SMS.

4. Paste the Base API URL then click on Authenticate to connect Gorgias.


5. Click Authorize unapproved app to activate the integration.

6. The integration is now active. If you'd like to remove it, click Remove Integration.



FAQs

What if I don’t have a Recart SMS account?

For this integration to work, you need to have SMS features activated in your Recart account. If you’ve installed Recart and would like to set up SMS, book a call to do so.

How does the integration work?

Once the integration is active, and a customer replies to your Recart SMS message, it'll appear in your Gorgias account under the tickets.

You can click on the thread and reply to the customer directly from Gorgias and the customer will see the reply as a text message response.

What if I close the ticket?

If you close the ticket in Gorgias and the customer replies, a new ticket will be created. Otherwise, if the conversation isn't closed, new replies will appear in the same thread.
