RetentionX collects all customer data, prepares it in ready-to-use analyses, and allows you to feed all generated insights back into your marketing stack. This enables you to sustainably improve LTV and customer retention by better understanding your customers and optimizing the customer journey across email, SMS, and marketing channels.

With our Gorgias integration, you can enhance RetentionX with your support ticket data from Gorgias. Create dynamic segments based on your customers' last ticket Tags to, for example, re-engage with unhappy but high-value customers using special offers. 

Steps

1. From your Gorgias account head to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.

2. Search for RetentionX and click the app.

3. Click on the Connect App button.

4. Log in to your RetentionX account if you aren't logged in already.

5. Authorize the app.
