Steps
- From your Gorgias account, head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
- Find RetentionX on the list
- After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
- Log in to the RetentionX app
- In the app, go to Settings → Integrations → Gorgias
- Add your Gorgias subdomain and authorize the app
- Once installed, there will be no HTTP integration created!
Once connected, your ticket data is transferred on a daily basis from Gorgias to your RetentionX account and can be found in the individual customer profiles under Tickets:
You can open a ticket in Gorgias from within the RetentionX app by clicking on the subject:
The customers are imported from your eCommerce platform and will match your Gorgias customers if the eCommerce platform is connected to your Gorgias account.
Tickets are imported from Gorgias once per day at your local midnight time, and are then matched to the customers using the customer's email address.
An exception to this is the first time you connect the Gorgias App to RetentionX. Then, a first-time import starts with a cron job every 10 minutes that looks for newly connected integrations.
