Steps
- First, add Rise.ai to your Shopify account
- Then, from your Gorgias account, head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
- Find Rise.ai on the list
- After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button, after which it will take you to Shopify
- Authorize the app
- Once connected, an HTTP integration will be created:

Note that the connection needs to be initiated from Gorgias, and not the Rise app in Shopify.
Once a ticket is created or updated, the Rise.ai widget will appear in the sidebar:
