Rivo is a Shopify marketing platform built for loyalty-driven brands. With the Rivo integration, you can make the most out of the Loyalty program by adding the app to your helpdesk.
Your customized sidebar and Macros can have all the Loyalty data for getting context on your tickets and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Insert Loyalty data as variables in Macros and display Loyalty data next to tickets:
- Points Balance (like 2,000)
- Status (like Member, Guest, Excluded)
- Referral URL (like [https://example.com/?referral_code=X])
- VIP Tier Name (like Gold)
Steps
1. Go to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.
2. Find Rivo on the list and click it.
3. Click the Connect App button.
4. Authorize the app.
5. Enter your Gorgias subdomain and click Connect.
You'll notice a new integration created under Settings -> App Store -> HTTP Integration.
Each time a customer with available Rivo data reaches out to you, the widget will populate automatically inside the customer's sidebar.
