ShipMonk is an order fulfillment platform offering technology-driven fulfillment solutions. With the ShipMonk and Gorgias integration you'll be able to:

• Pull order fulfillment data and tracking information to Gorgias
• Access orders in ShipMonk from the customer’s sidebar in Gorgias via deep-link

Steps

1. Log in to both your Gorgias and ShipMonk accounts.

2. Use this link to simulate clicking the Install button in the app store: https://yoursubdomain.gorgias.com/app/apps/6227229308665b40d624fd4c?preview=true (don't forget to replace yoursubdomain from the URL with your actual Gorgias subdomain).

3. In Gorgias, navigate to Settings -> App Store -> HTTP Integration and the ShipMonk integration should show automatically on the list.

Each time a customer that has ShipMonk data reaches out to you, either via a new or existing ticket, the ShipMonk widget will populate inside the customer's sidebar.
