With reliable fulfillment services, warehouses near your customers, and connected technology that powers their fulfillment network, they help improve transit times, shipping costs, and the delivery experience for your customers.

  • Sync customer and order information associated with a specific ShipBob account into a corresponding Gorgias account
  • Data from ShipBob will be shown in the customer's sidebar
  • Pull up to 1 month of historical orders from ShipBob
  • Get to the Order Details page in ShipBob with 1 click, via the integrations deep link functionality
The integration doesn't support actions like canceling orders or creating returns for an order.


Steps

1. Go to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.

2. Find ShipBob (Alloy) on the list and click it.

3. Click on the Connect App button.

4. Authenticate both the ShipBob and Gorgias accounts.


5. Click Finish Installation.

You'll see ShipBob data available inside the ticket sidebar:
