This integration was built by our partners and the wait time in case of any technical issues might be a bit longer than for a regular support request.

Shopper Approved Reviews is used to track reviews, traffic, and conversion:

View your customer’s ratings and reviews inside Gorgias, rather than logging into Shopper Approved to be notified of, or respond to reviews.
Reply privately to resolve any outstanding customer issues. Simply reply to the review ticket in Gorgias to open up a dialogue.
Reply publicly to show new potential customers that you care. We give you the ability to publicly comment on any review.

Once a customer leaves a review, a ticket will be created in Gorgias:

A widget that can be used to post public replies on the Shopper Approved app will be created:

Once the public reply is sent, it will show within the customer review:

Replies from Gorgias via email will only be sent to the customer’s email, and won't be posted publicly on the app, like with the widget action.

Leaving a public response in Gorgias tickets that don't actually connect to the Shopper Approved system should display a failure notification rather than a success notification.

As long as the public response is added to the tickets generated through the integration, the public response should be submitted successfully and should be tied to the specific review.

Steps

1. Go to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.

2. Find Shopper Approved Reviews on the list and click it.

3. Click on the Connect App button.

4. Authorize the app.
