Steps
- From your Gorgias account, head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
- Find Signals on the list
- After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
- Authorize Gorgias in the app:
- That's it, the app is installed, and there will be an HTTP integration created:
You can set up your Cloud Employees to perform the desired actions in Gorgias, and depending on the setup, they can read/analyze a ticket, close a ticket, assign a ticket, etc.
When a Cloud Employee is built, a webhook is automatically created, and you can also add a tag that would prompt the app to action the ticket in Gorgias:
