Smile.io creates and manages reward programs - loyalty points, referrals, and VIP programs - to build a fruitful relationship with both your new customers and the most loyal ones.

• Display the customer's Smile profile next to tickets including their loyalty points balance, referral URL, etc.
• Use Smile variables in your Macros and your Rules

Steps

1. Go to Settings -> App Store -> All apps.

2. Search for Smile and click on it.

3. Click the Add Smile Account button.

4. Click on Install Smile for {your Shopify store}.

5. Once your Smile integration is connected, the last step would be pulling Smile info inside the customer's sidebar - this can be done by simply clicking on the cog icon in the top right corner of the ticket, right above the customer's name. 

6. Scroll down and drag the customer's Smile info inside the sidebar. This change will be applied to all customer profiles once you access their ticket.

You can equip your Macros with Smile variables and then use those Macros in your Rules as well.
