Stateset AI automatically integrates with Gorgias Tickets, alleviating the manual effort required from CX representatives.

  1. Interprets the question/comment/request from the customer.
  2. Generates the correct response based on your company Knowledge Base, Rules, Attributes, Brand Voice, etc.
  3. Automatically writes back to the customer with the correct answer.

Steps

Initiate the integration

1. From your Gorgias account head to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.

2. Find Stateset ReSponse on the list.

3. Click on the Connect App button in the top right corner.

4. Authorize the app once this window pops up (OAuth2):


Create a Stateset ReSponse User in Gorgias

  1. From your Gorgias account, head to Settings -> Users & Teams -> Users.
  2. Click on the 'Add User' button in the top right corner.
  3. Name the User — Please note that the name of this User will be visible to your end customers.
  4. Add the email address [email protected] to this User.
  5. Save the User.



Create HTTP integration in Gorgias

1. From your Gorgias account head to Settings -> App Store -> HTTP Integration -> Manage.

2. Click on the Add HTTP Integration button in the top right corner.

3. Name the integration (e.g.) 'Stateset ReSponse'.

4. Under triggers check only the Ticket message created trigger.

5. URL: https://response.cx/api/ai/{{your.gorgias.subdomain.here}}

6. HTTP Method: POST.

7. Request content-type: application/json.

8. Response content-type: application/json.

9. Request body JSON: Select 'Send the entire ticket/message JSON'.

10. Create a header: Reach out to Stateset’s Team to obtain your token. Then, add it to this field.

11. Click 'Add Integration'.


Limitations

  • The integration only works with Shopify stores for now.
  • The integration can not trigger on Phone Tickets yet.
  • If there are any Auto-reply Rules set to trigger on Tickets, the integration won’t trigger. However, it doesn’t mind the Chat Auto-responder / Dynamic Waiting Time.
  • By default, replies will be sent by Stateset AI without any formatting. However, you can create a Rule in your Stateset Dashboard that instructs the AI to add spacing and other types of forwarding to its replies.
