The Stateset ReSponse AI app uses state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation to quickly and accurately automate responses to your customers.

You can connect your Gorgias Account and start generating responses directly from any channel in Gorgias today.

The integration only works for Chat tickets - if there are any auto-respond Rules set to trigger on Chat tickets, the integration won’t work either.


Stateset ReSponse automatically integrates with Gorgias tickets, alleviating the manual effort required for customer service representatives and:

  • Interprets a question/comment/request from the customer.
  • Creates a correct response based on your company knowledge base, FAQs, and APIs.
  • Automatically writes back to the customer with the correct answer.

Add desired data to your Stateset knowledge base, based on the data added, the Stateset Bot will respond to your customers via Chat:



Steps

Initiate the integration

1. From your Gorgias account head to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.

2. Find Stateset ReSponse on the list.

3. Click on the Connect App button in the top right corner.

4. Authorize the app.


Create a Stateset ReSponse user in Gorgias

1. From your Gorgias account head to Settings -> Users & Teams -> Users.

2. Click on the Create User button in the top right corner.

3. Name the user, the name of this user will be visible to your end customers on the Chat.

4. For the email address use: [email protected].

5. Click Create User.

Create HTTP integration in Gorgias

1. From your Gorgias account head to Settings -> App Store -> HTTP Integration -> Manage.

2. Click on the Add HTTP Integrationbutton in the top right corner.

3. Name the integration (e.g.) Stateset ReSponse.

4. Under triggers check only the Ticket message created trigger.

5. URL: https://response.cx/api/gorgias/create-response.

6. HTTP Method: POST.

7. Request content-type: application/json.

8. Response content-type: application/json.

9. Request body JSON: Select Send the entire ticket/message JSON.

10. Click Add Integration.
