Steps
- From your Gorgias account head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
- Find SwiftCX AI Copilot on the list
- After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
- Add the Gorgias subdomain in Swift and authorize the app:
- An HTTP integration will be created once the app is connected:
When a ticket is created in Gorgias, it will be pulled into the Swift app, and the AI will analyze the message and generate a reply. You can prompt the reply using the arrow:
Once the AI response is generated, copy it and apply it to the ticket in Gorgias.
Limitations
Currently, the responses will be drafted outside of the Gorgias page and in the Swift app, where the agent can easily make necessary adjustments, and then use that reply in the ticket response. The reply will be sent from the agent when they are ready to submit it, but the AI will be automated soon and will be able to send the replies without any agent actions.
