This integration was built by our partners and the wait time in case of any technical issues might be a bit longer than for a regular support request.

Talentpop Reporting showcases customer support performance in real-time with access to key metrics like ticket volume, response times, and customer satisfaction. Transform your Gorgias data into reports and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

This integration only works in the backend and processes and sends data to account/customer success managers who share it with Talentpop Customers using Gorgias. It pulls the data from Gorgias into the app’s platform, but no information will be shown in Gorgias.

For the time being, below is the only data that'll be pulled:


1. From your Gorgias account head to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.

2. Find Talentpop Reporting on the list and click it.

3. Click on the Connect App button.

4. Authorize the app.
