- In Gorgias, support agents can efficiently add and subtract customer credits, documenting reasons for each action.
- In Gorgias, support agents can efficiently see the customer's loyalty status and act accordingly streamlining the communication.
Steps
- From your Gorgias account head to Settings → App Store → All Apps.
- Find Toki on the list.
- After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button.
- Log into Toki, click on ‘install’
- Authorize the app.
- Once integrated, there will be no HTTP integration in Gorgias!
Upon integrating the app, ‘members’ (customers) from Toki are created in Gorgias with their Toki data displayed in the customer profile, as well as the ticket widget:
