Steps 

  • From your Gorgias account head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
  • Find TrackingMore on the list
  • After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
  • Log into your Shopify account and connect the app there first
  • Then grab the account token from the app’s account settings tab in Shopify
  • Add the token and authorize the app:
  • Once installed, an HTTP integration will be created:
  • In order to confirm that the app is connected correctly, make sure that the app is connected in Gorgias as well as Shopify:

Once a ticket is created or updated for a customer who has an active order, the widget will auto-populate with the relevant data:

Limitations

The order status, along with the widget, will appear only if your customer placed an order within the last 30 days.
